I have one question!
If Sen. Kerry had said General Casey is uneducated would there be any difference. President Bush is in charge of all the troops and represents all of the troops. So even if Sen Kerry's assertion that he was making a joke about the Presidents education is true, it is still not the right thing to do. Especially when you are in a position of power.
